Welcome to our charming 19th-century historic residence, a place where the past harmoniously blends with the present to offer you an unforgettable experience. Located in a quiet area of Lake Maggiore, Jasmine Residence represents an authentic window to the past. Built in the 19th century, this residence has witnessed decades of history, retaining its charm and distinctive character intact. The lower floor of the house was originally dedicated to the entrance of carriages, with an imposing arched doorway. Next to it, an old barn and a stable completed the complex, bearing witness to the agricultural and rural life that characterized the area in the past. The two rooms upstairs were rented out, offering a cozy home to those seeking accommodation in the village. Behind the house, an old tavern was the meeting place for the inhabitants of the village, where stories and news were exchanged.
Over the years, it has undergone meticulous restoration, which took place in the early 2000s, during which the original architectural elements that characterize this unique residence were preserved and restored.
